At FSA Proshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted by our quality control team.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
